Pathway Family,
Thank you for being a part of God’s plan for Pathway! Our vision to “be the church: restoring, raising up, and reaching out” is happening through amazing people like you. As you will see in this report, 2025 was a year that saw our church grow significantly in multiple ways, but the most important aspect of our growth is the humility and hunger for God that is developing. Our hunger for God and our desire to follow Him will lead to clarity and breakthroughs in the year ahead.
As we listen and follow Him in 2026, I believe we are going to witness a historic move of God….His story and His glory are unfolding! As you read through our 2025 Impact Report, I am praying that we are able to give thanks for the goodness and faithfulness of God this past year. God is with us, and His presence is the greatest blessing!

As we look back on 2025, we are grateful for the ways God has been at work in and through Pathway Church. This year has been marked by faith, obedience, and a growing desire to go deeper with Christ and love people well.
Through worship, prayer, generosity, discipleship, and service, we’ve seen lives impacted and our church strengthened. Each story reflects God’s faithfulness and the shared mission that has guided Pathway since 1941—to love God and love all people in our pathway.
As you watch this Impact Report, our hope is that you’ll be encouraged by what God has done and inspired by what’s ahead. We move forward with humble hearts, expectant faith, and trust in the Spirit as we believe God for continued breakthrough and blessing.

- Clean Financial Review – Audit completed with no material weaknesses identified.
- ECFA Accredited – Continued membership confirms high standards in financial stewardship and transparency.
- Weekly Financial Dashboard – Key financial metrics tracked and reviewed consistently.
- Collaborative Budgeting – Budget owners actively engaged in managing ministry finances.
- 12.1 Weeks Cash Reserves – Nearly doubled from last year, providing financial stability and margin.
- Single Active Loan – Roof loan balance of $401,800, the church’s only remaining debt.
Facilities
- Full LED Conversion – Entire church building upgraded to LED lighting, reducing energy costs.
- 6 Bathrooms Renovated – Updated mirrors, countertops, plumbing, and paint, including second-floor restrooms.
- 2 Facility Workdays – Spring and fall projects completed by staff and volunteers to care for the campus.
- Expanded Security Systems – Additional cameras and door card readers installed, increasing campus safety.
- New Irrigation Storage Building – Protects critical equipment and adds exterior storage space.
- Preventive Maintenance Systems – Emergency plans and maintenance schedules established using facility software.
- $143,000 in Community Support – Continued facility and utility support provided to Master’s Academy.
Information and Technology
- Staff & Volunteer Tech Support – Reliable tools provided to support ministry and operations.
- Centralized Church Management – Planning Center streamlines volunteer onboarding, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- 4K Online Streaming Upgrade – New software launched to enhance the online worship experience.
