Joyful Journeys is a specialized class for kids who need a little extra care. Our trained and dedicated team of volunteers create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and included.

Safety at Pathway

At Pathway Church our top priority is safety. Our PKids volunteers undergo background checks and we have a dedicated and secure kids area monitored by our campus safety team. Plus, our check-in system ensures your child’s well-being.

Our PKids leaders are trained to create an atmosphere where families can confidently leave their children while they are in service.

How does the check-in/check-out process work?

Once your family has been added to our system, you will print a nametag for your child at one of our kiosks that they will wear before entering their class. You, the parent, will receive a tag that matches the security code on your child’s tag. You are required to show it at pick-up in order for your child to be released.

What curriculum do you use?

PKids uses the Orange Curriculum, which combines the strengths of both the church and the family to help kids grow in their faith. The curriculum focuses on teaching biblical truths through fun, engaging activities, videos, and age-appropriate music. It encourages kids to build a strong foundation in their relationship with God. It equips families with tools to continue faith conversations at home through the Parent Cue app, which is available for free. With Orange, we aim to make church a place where kids feel loved, excited to learn, and inspired to live out their faith.‍

Is there a program on Wednesday for my kid?

Pathway Kids has services for ages birth through 5th grade on Sunday mornings at 9 and 11am, as well as Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Check the calendar for dates when we will be on break.
